If you are using one of our two free WordPress plugins from the repository, please use the support forum at WordPress.org so that everyone can benefit from our responses. If you do not see an answer within 24 hours, feel free to email scott (at)searchcommander.com

On-Site Tools, Member Plugins, & Mobile Apps
If you are having problems with a tool here on our site, or one of the member plugins, or, any problem with the iPhone or Android mobile app, just fill out a ticket here.
We do experience occasional server issues, where the SEO review tool (either the mobile app or here onsite) will report an inaccessible website. If you are repeatedly seeing a specific error message, be sure to tell us what it says.
