Coming up on two years now, with over 50,000 plugin downloads, all of the the iPhone and Android app users, and over 2000 site members, our support forum is still nearly empty, because the products we offer typically work, or we don't offer them.

So I updated to the newest Core Tweaks and My Page Order tab disappeared, along with the widget! Restoring my backup didn't help. How do I fix this???

I have the latest version of Wordpress, theme is Atahualpa.

In your wp-admin > Seo Automatic > Core Tweaks, at the bottom of the page you can turn the included plugins back on.

They shouldn't have deactivated, so I added some checking in the plugin to prevent this from happening again.

Yeah, what are the ones by default automatically? Its very annoying, that it turns off things that previously were working fine before.

We're sorry for the inconvenience, but Heather reports that it was fixed after the first comment above.

If you had the add-on plugins enabled, then upgrading Core Tweaks after she replaced files on May 2, 2011 should not disable any of these four add-ons:

Page Links
Page Order
Post Teaser
Sitemap Generator

If you're finding this to be untrue, and you DID get disabled, please do report that here – and to "fix" it is easy…

Go to the Core Tweaks admin page in your WP
Select UN-check All
Scroll to the bottom and REcheck the plugins you want turned back on
Save

Again, we're sorry for the glitch, but we believe it was only up for a couple of days that way…

Again, apologies for that inconvenience. It's not very excusable for the mishap, but I had an issue during putting the upgrade on the wordpress repository. There's been an updated date glitch there that I was trying to work with to be correct and I believe during that time, anyone who upgraded could have gotten a mixed upgrade of previous and new versions.

It takes 15 minutes each time a file is edited on the plugins for all the files to be freshened, so when I had to make several changes to get the date to update – I was opening up the door for users to get bad copies for a while. We have to deal with the way the system works unfortunately, but I am very sorry for the inconvenience it may have caused.
