Hi,

New member, so perhaps I made a mistake. I tried to run a report for using google chrome and it just hung indefinitely.

 

Should I not use chrome for the reports?

I'm sorry Tom, there shouldn't be a problem with chrome, no. I just ran a couple, and it took about 20 seconds. 

I've added some credits for your trouble, can you please try again, and copy / paste the url into the box?

If it hangs again, let me know the domain giving you the hang?  (and try a different domain to see)

Thanks Scott.

Still having same issue. Maybe it is my cookie settings, but I tried toggling them and still have the issue. I am at my day job, but I think I have one credit left and will try from the home office tonight and see what happens. Perhaps there is a firewall issue here at my day job office.

I tried copy and paste, and some variations on the url (www.ravemor.com), but no luck.

Appreciate the quick reply and help though!

Tried IE from home PC and still no luck. Even though it showed 1 credit left, when I pasted in the url and hit full report – says I've already used my credit.

I am leaving off the http:// as is shown in the video. Should I be including it also?

Yep, we verified it, and your domain does not work here. Weird –  99.9% of domains run fine. 

We DO however, have your domain working successfully at a test server, and i'll send you a link that's an IP address  by email – i'll bump up your credits too, and thanks for checking…

Hi, I have just had this problem. the report hung and lost my full report credit. the url was www.aerovintagespares.com can you advise

 

just tried the free report and that did work successfully. dont know what went wrong.

Chrome should be fine – I just ran a test report on that domain, and it went AOK.

 

must have been a fluke, and I've added three more credits – sorry about that!

I got the same result when I tried the domain – it just spun forever – I still added you three credits, but I'm sorry, the report didn't run. Weird… 

I did get the report to run on another mirrored installation, so I sent you an email to that URL

We did have a tool update here yesterday that should now allow your URL to run a report successfully.

If not, or if you never found that email i sent with the mirrored URL, (i never saw the "read receipt") then please email me at shendison (at) seoautomatic.com and let me know…

Done  - In fact I gave you three. If it happens again, can you please be specific about the exact error if you see, as well as letting us know what URL you ran?

I am experiencing the same problem. My credit for my Free Report is used up, but never got the report. In both the Free Report and Basic Report versions I am getting this error message:

Server error!
The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request.

Error message:
Premature end of script headers: index.php

If you think this is a server error, please contact the .
