I host all my websites on a Plesk IIS server the IPhone App did work on the old update but now it comes up with Please enter a valid URL which is not being redirected at the server. i tried on the website (lite version) and they work fine no errors on the iPhone app i tried and dont-lose.net all of which don’t work - but they work on the lite version on your website which i don’t understand as I am a pro user as this was a fantastic and very helpful product

I would be so happy if you could help resolve this issue

I answered you by email Matt, but haven't got an answer from you yet –

Can you tell me what "update" you're referring to? I do see that it's not working for your domain, and although it's infrequent, sometimes domains seem to inexplicably fail. While it's odd that it only fails on the iPhone app – I've verified that it fails at our hosted app files, which run independent of the iphone app itself. In English?… your site won't work right on the app. ;(

At this point, i'd still like to know what update you mean, but I'm afraid all i can offer is a refund on the $9.99 you paid for the app – OR – I can offer to upgrade your membership at SEOAutomatic.com with some report credits – like 10, two months worth… ?

Hi sorry for late reply, i last checked about 4-5 months ago using the iPhone app, and worked great.
When i tried it lately it just stopped working thought it was a bit strange, thanks for all your support. Just wondered if it was something going on with my server or something your end?
