Coming up on two years now, with over 50,000 plugin downloads, all of the the iPhone and Android app users, and over 2000 site members, our support forum is still nearly empty, because the products we offer typically work, or we don't offer them.

However, if you do have an issue, please post it below, and we'll answer as fast as possible…

In rare circumstances, for some domains, you may receive a message after running the tool saying "Enter a valid URL". No matter what you do, you keep getting that message, but other domains work fine, sometimes even on the same webhost!

This happens on the server version here, as well as on the iPhone app, and 99.9% of the time it's not a problem with the tool, its some sort of issue at the responding host, and it's out of our control.

Common causes are:

  1. The url you are eentering is redirecting the user elsewhere. Copy/paste the URL right out of your web browsers address bar to ensure this is not what's happening.
  2. If this is still happening to you, please email me privately with your webhost and domain name, – or –  for faster response, just post it here if you like.

All we can tell at this point is that this code - <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" ?>  your top line –  is causing our tool to fail. We'e looking into it further, but we don't expect a resolution until Monday at the earliest, I'm sorry.

I DID send you an email with an alternate location to the tool where your domain DOES function properly, oddly enough. sorry for the trouble…

Scott
