I've tried both the lite and now the paid version of this app for the iphone 4 and when i input the domain name all i get is a blue screen with the 'working' logo that keeps on going.  I've tried and xxx (the xxx is the domain name) and yet I've got nothing but I've just paid $10.49 for it.  Each time it locks so I have to delete and reinstall this app – I've done it now a total of seven times, please tell me how I get this working. Thanks,

 I'm not sure why you'd pay for the Pro version if the free one wasnt working, and I can't verify anything with Apple. 

Rather than ask you to provide a receipt though, I've gone ahead and refunded your money, although both the free app and the paid one do seem to be working just fine on both Android and iPhone.

I wish I knew what domain / URL you tried to run? Your forum post came through with no URL. If you find that it is working for you, i'd appreciate it if you'd take a minute to at least give it a star review…?  If it's not working, do feel free to skip the review ;)

Hi Scott, thanks for the refund.

I paid for the Pro app because I thought the $10.50 price tag bumped it up a little to 'working properly'; i.e. if something is free then there is no reason to expect it to be 100%.  The app description sounded good enough for me to want it to work properly, that's why I bought the pro app.  I still do want it to work properly as I think your app has excellent potential!

I'll certainly be more than happy to post the receipt for you as soon as Apple gets round to sending one through but I do appreciate your benefit of the doubt and if this app works for what I need it to do then I'll certainly 'refund' your refund :-)

I pasted the domain in my last post; it's greenlitmedia.net.  This forum doesn't allow one to put (www) in front of the domain name but, there you go.  I'm going to give it another go today and I'll certainly give you a high review should it all work out but, in the meantime, if you could look at (www) greenlitmedia (dot) net then maybe we can work to getting this solved!

OK, I've dug in a bit here Monday morning and it appears that whenever I run a report on your domain, our server gets a 500 error.  Frown

This also happens from the mobile app, either iPhone or Android, and both run off of a different web server.

Sadly, it also happens from three other servers where we have the app which is a WordPress plugin) installed.

It sounds to me like your hosting company is blocking what they're seeing as an intrusion, so you'll need to take this up with them.  They can try the tool themselves, and see what it is that they're blocking, and they can  with no account / registration.
